June 2019
The first build where I used an existing carbon rim.
I removed the aero spoke cover and filled up the remains so that it can be glued to the rim.
The core is a real Rohacell PMI foam disk, later I moved to China PMI foam cores.
The flanks are covered with 100 gr/m2 carbon uni directional per side. 200 gr per side is minimum.
The hub core has been enforced with 6 layers of carbon per side.
Well, its the first wheel and the user is happy with it.
