Oh yeah, this is a great example of wheels we can build.
This client requested a 24 inch front and 28 rear track disc tubular wheels for his stayer bike.
The special demand was that both wheels must look exactly the same in the finish. Sure we can do this. Watch the images for the results.
The wheels are constructed with a bit more carbon to make it stronger in the high speed sport Stayer riding is.
The flanks have first a layer of 100 gr/m2 uni directional carbon and then a second layer of bi directional carbon of 160 gr/m2.
The rims are self constructed around the PMI foam core.
The 24 inch front weight is 1082 gram and the 28 inch rear wheel weight is 1270 gram.
